Shipping
In order to save you money on shipping, most items will be shipped directly from the Manufacturer or his Wholesale Distribution point. Where possible, multiple items on the same order will be combined for greater shipping savings. Where possible, we ship via UPS Ground. If you need faster delivery, just let us know.
Unless otherwise indicated, once your order is entered we will contact you about shipping costs.
Once your order is accepted by the Shipper, we are not responsible for lost or damaged product. Contact the Shipper immediately! You should inspect your order for missing or damaged items before accepting it from the Shipper.
Payment
We require payment before releasing your order for shipment. All orders are shipped freight prepaid, and 6% Sales Tax is added to shipments to addresses in Georgia. We accept payment through PayPal only. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can quickly set up your payment with them, and your order can then be shipped to you.
Returns
Please contact us right away if there is a problem with your order! We will accept returns with a Return Authorization only. If we have shipped the wrong items, or the items are not as represented, we will make it right! Your continued confidence in us is very important!
